Maximize Business Processes - Increase your revenues
Case Study: Hotel A only sold rooms at rack rate. When the ADR on a sold out day was not what what was expected, some flags were raised. We designed a RACK EFFICIENCY report and found that rooms were being sold at 65% of rack - a 35% discount. The discounts were due to upgrades. The hotel was blocking rooms too far out and therefore doing too many upgrades accommodate incoming bookings. We implemented new policies and procedures, along with a new RACK EFFICIENCY report and raised rack efficiency from 65% to 90%, increasing revenues by 25% !

We designed a RACK EFFICIENCY report to look forward into the future and determine the best dates to offer groups a better rate for coming into the hotel when we needed the revenue, or needed the rooms filled. We implemented new policies and procedures, along with a new RACK EFFICIENCY FUTURE report and maintained a higher ADR on weekends and improved occupancy on lower forecasted days !
